Management Training
We can offer any form of training for your management team. We have several modules that can be chosen to create your Tailored course, including:

- Appraisals and Reviews
- Disciplinary and Dismissal
- How to be an Excellent Manager
- How to Delegate
We can train up to 6 Managers at a time either at your offices or in a neutral location. People should expect interaction, a lot of learning and some thought provoking sessions from us. They should be willing to learn, listen and join in.
We have been providing training services to the Southampton Branch of one of the top 10 accountancy practises in the UK for several years now. We send a trainer in when required who sits in their meeting room and helps staff on a 1-2-1 basis on any product they have problems with. This runs much more like a workshop, but works really well and ensures that staff are able to spend the minimum time learning what they really need to know.
