Ever since our team-building day in the beautiful woods at Lasham people have been coming up to me and thanking me for arranging it, and asking what’s next!

From the start, it was fantastic to see how you put people at their ease and introduced the concept of working together to achieve great things almost without anyone noticing! People here are still talking about how two canes refused to move downwards despite everyone wanting them to, about helping each other along the wire and about making fire. There is a definite ‘buzz’ about the place, and we plan to capitalise on that and keep up the momentum.

Thank you for the planning that went into making the whole day work so well, for facilitating the whole thing brilliantly and for sharing with us your knowledge and expertise in such a friendly and approachable way. The twenty people who arrived at Lasham largely as individuals are now a much more close-knit team, who understand the importance of thinking of, and working together with, others.
